Great value on boots
I needed new work boots but didn't want to spend a fortune. Found some Kampfstiefel on their site during a 'Restposten Deal'. Got them for a really good price, about 40% off. They're heavy-duty and seem like they'll last. Felt like a smart purchase for the money.
Good parka, slow delivery
I ordered a BW Parka. The quality was pretty solid for the price, definitely original surplus. However, it took almost 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though.
Decent Rucksack, some issues
I purchased a Kampfrucksack and a couple of Schlafsäcke. Ordering was straightforward on their website, no glitches. The Kampfrucksack itself is very sturdy, looks like genuine surplus, and has plenty of room for extended trips. The Schlafsäcke were also good, though one had a small tear near the zipper that I had to mend myself. Shipping took about a week and a half to New York. The items were well-packaged, but that small defect on the sleeping bag was a bit disappointing. Overall, I got what I expected for military surplus, just wish the quality control for used items was a tiny bit stricter.
